The Logan Hotel may occupy the former address of the venerable Four Seasons Philadelphia but that’s where the similarities end—bridal parties, hotel guests, and city dwellers alike will be in awe of how different the property feels, from the extensive artwork collection to the upscale-casual farm-to-table restaurant Urban Farmer. The sleek décor and subdued hues further complement contemporary weddings. “What we are doing here is truly modern luxury,” says Eric Allen, assistant director of catering for The Logan. In addition to ballroom weddings, the center courtyard serves as a lush, landscaped space for ceremonies and receptions and can be fully tented. Lynda Barness of I Do Wedding Consulting is coordinating one of the first weddings held at The Logan. “It’s an exciting addition to the events landscape,” she says.
